Hi, I’m Keely Starnes. I’ve been doing hair for 9 years. I specialize in everything hair color and women’s haircuts. I’m certified in Bellami extensions. I do everything by appointments only, even retail. This is something that I would like to change in the future. Thank you for being patient and understanding! I do come in whenever I am needed.
